Our adaptive gymnastics class is open to kids ages 4-9 and their parents.

This OPEN-GYM style class provides an opportunity and environment for kids to explore gymnastics, gymnastics equipment, sensory aids, and skills at their own interest level and pace in a non-structured environment. Parents take the lead in helping their gymnasts to explore the environment, with coaches available to help guide gymnasts to try skills and drills to the gymnast's comfort level.
