Flip With Me! is a 45 minute, adult-assisted class for 2 and 3 year olds. The class includes exploratory time with the little one and their grown-up, an instructor lead warm up/stretch, and 2-3 gymnastics circuits. Coaches will explain and demonstrate circuits and assist with safe spotting of skills and stations. Adults must be able to participate with their gymnast for the entirety of the class.

Spring Session 1 (1/5/26-2/14/26) and Spring Session 2 (2/17/26-3/28/26) are both open for registration. The bar across the top of the classes in the Parent Portal can be used to filter classes by session, class, age, day, etc.
